<p>The Adega do Cantor or Winery of the Singer is situated in Guia, a few kilometres northwest of Albufeira, in central Algarve. It was built to produce wine, principally the Vida and Onda Nova wines, from three surrounding Quintas, Quinta do Moinho, Quinta do Miradouro and Vale do Sobreiro</p> <p></p> <p></p>

<p>From vine to bottle, our philosophy is based on quality rather than quantity. We believe that for this reason Quinta dos Vales has so quickly established itself as one of the leading producers in the Algarve wine market.</p>
<p>Located between Nabais and S. Paio de Gouveia, right at the foot of the Serra da Estrela and within the perimeter of the Natural Park, it currently has a total area of about thirty-five hectares, of which thirteen with old vines and twenty two with newly planted vineyards.<br />The grapes of the Quinta have been vinified since 1992 in the Quinta dos Roques winery, under an innovative mutual cooperation agreement</p>
<p>Quinta da Nogueira vineyards are in clayey soils, with a natural freshness and salinity, without irrigation, uniques, marked by the influence of a natural microclimate at the foot of the Serra de Todo-o-Mundo (“All-the-World Mountain”) and by the proximity to the Atlantic sea, which is 20 km away. In the approximately 20 hectares of vineyards at Quinta do Porto Nogueira - with DOC Óbidos classification - each parcel of vineyard is treated and valued as unique and different, and all them wines are produced with the pleasure and well-being of those who enjoy them.</p> <p>Currently, Quinta do Porto Nogueira vineyards are conducted in Biological Production mode.</p>
<p>Quinta de Santa Teresa Avesso Curtimenta White Wine presents amber-orange hue, the nose has floral, mango floral notes, mango, thyme and wax. wax. On the palate it has a full-bodied structure, a vegetal character and notes of and dried fruit notes, such as apricot or apricot apricot. A wine with a gastronomic vocation. <p><span>With Syrah grapes we produce a deep ruby-colored wine, with an aroma of ripe red fruit with expressions of currant, blackberry jam and complex nuances of cassis. The taste is round and soft, vast with good balance of tannins and a structure, characteristics of the grape variety. Reveals creased character with a long and persistent aftertaste</span></p>
<p>Auburn color with amber halo. Rich and elegant nose combining aromas of ripe wild berries with delicate dry and subtle fruits. Complex notes of butterscotch caramel and fine wood. Soft and silky on the palate, full of ripe flavors resembling candied cherries.</p>
<p><span>This port has been produced by Rozès’ winemaker Manuel Henrique and consultant Wouter Pienaar. The grapes for the port (Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Sousão and Tinto Cão) come from the old vines, which were on the quinta’s vineyards, when the present owner took over the quinta</span></p>
<p>Colheitas are dated Tawnies aged in small casks. The minimum age requirement is 7 years, but the tradition at Niepoort is to age several more years before bottling. The wine takes on a Tawny hue. Wood and nutty tones are evident on the palate due to the wine’s slow ageing in old casks. Colheita goes well with dry fruits desserts and the portuguese "Leite Creme queimado". As a starter, the combination with foie gras is impressive</p>
<p>Kranemann Ruby Port Wine vivid and deep color with a good aromatic intensity at the same time showing the freshness of red fruits and the youthfulness one looks for in this type of wine; full wine in its palate, but soft in its tannins and good concentration of fruit giving it a rich and prolonged finish.
