<p>Maquete Barro White is a talha wine from Alentejo, produced under the Anonymous Productions project, conceived by two long-time friends and oenologists, João Ramos and Nuno Duarte. Inspired by their family origins in the region and their desire to preserve ancestral techniques, they created this project focused on minimal intervention and the valorization of old vineyards in organic mode, located on the left bank of the Guadiana river (Amareleja). The name of the producer reflects the philosophy of putting the identity of the land and the wine tradition ahead of the protagonism of those who make the wine, resulting in artisanal and ultra-limited editions.</p>

<p>Vilar de Torpim Reserva Rosé Wine is made from the Tinta Roriz grape variety by winemaker Jorge Rosa Santos. Its production process involves a very gentle direct pressing, utilizing only the highest quality "must tear". Its unique structure is due to its aging on fine lees and the inclusion of a small percentage of the batch aged in barrels, making it the perfect accompaniment to any meal.</p>

<p>Rosé dos Villões is a unique wine produced from the Tinta Negra grape variety. Tinta Negra is an ancient grape variety from the Madeiran islands, and is still the primary base for the wines that have made this island famous. It is a rare grape variety that can only be found in regions close to the sea, where it is known by other names such as Molar in the Colares region or Saborinho in the Azores region. However, it should not be confused with the Negra Mole from Algarve, as it is a distinct grape variety. In the past, its role seemed to be to "blush" the white wines and give them a certain golden appearance that was appreciated at the time. Here, we test the potential of this grape variety in a Rosé.</p>

<p>"Tinta Negra dos Villões Estreito" is a unique, serene red wine (non-fortified), produced on the island of Madeira under the auspices of the Companhia dos Profetas e dos Villões.</p> <p>This project brings together the winemaker António Maçanita and the viticulturist Nuno Faria. The focus of the project is to showcase the potential of traditional Madeiran grape varieties in table wines outside of the traditional fortified Madeira Wine circuit. "</p> <p>Tinta Negra dos Villões - Estreito" comes from a small parcel of old vines over 60 years old in the Estreito de Câmara de Lobos, which displays the full potential of this variety on the South coast of the Madeira Island.</p>

<p>Pequeno Eremita is an organic wine crafted by the esteemed winemaker, António Maçanita. It is part of the Fitapreta project and produced under the umbrella of the Chão dos Eremitas range, in the DOC Alentejo. This unique creation is the result of a meticulous process that combines traditional methods with a modern twist, embodying a fusion of age-old viticultural roots and a vibrant, youthful identity.<br /><br />The wine aims to bring a fresh and youthful identity to a historical terroir with deep roots in Portuguese viticulture. The harvest is done manually and at night. The wine undergoes spontaneous alcoholic and malolactic fermentation (without the addition of sulfites until the end of fermentation). The aging process is performed over static lees: 66% in stainless steel deposits and 33% in used French oak barrels for 9 months. This careful process ensures the creation of a wine that captures the rich essence of its origins, while also embodying a unique identity of its own.</p>
