On the nose, Esporão Cobrançosa Extra Virgem Olive Oil reveals herbaceous and vegetal notes — freshly cut grass, artichoke, fig leaf, and tomato vine. The palate is persistent with green banana notes, balanced bitterness and a harmonious spiciness. Acidity is very low (0.2%), accentuating its freshness and purity. This oil is ideal for drizzling over vegetables and greens, in gazpacho or bruschetta, and even complements surprising pairings like chocolate mousse
