Esporão Extra Virgem Biológico Olival dos Arrifes Olive Oli
Esporão Olival dos Arrifes Biologico is a terroir olive oil from the Alentejo, produced in the Olival dos Arrifes grove on the Herdade do Esporão. Cultivated under organic production, it blends the varieties Cobrançosa and Arbequina from soil-rich, rocky terrain that gives resilience to the trees and character to the olives. Cold-extracted at temperatures no higher than 24 °C just hours after harvest, the oil preserves its fresh-fruit profile, aromatic intensity, and a remarkable complexity. The acidity is kept under 0.2%, ensuring quality and vibrant taste
