    Esporão Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil is produced in the Alentejo using certified organic practices across its groves. Cold-extracted promptly after harvest and never exceeding 24 °C, this olive oil preserves clean, fresh aromas and complexity. The blend is crafted to emphasize both fruitiness and structure, with an acidity held well under 0.2% to ensure premium quality.

    On the nose it delivers vibrant notes of green olive leaf, artichoke, herbs, and fresh grass, complemented by subtle banana peel and floral touches. On the palate it’s full, balanced, and fresh — with pleasant bitterness and spice, finishing long and persistent with hints of nuts and leafy greens. It pairs beautifully with grilled vegetables, fresh salads, pasta, or drizzled simply over warm bread
