For the production of “Praemium” CARM olive oil, was selected the best of the Co- brançosa, Madural, Negrinha and Verdeal olive varieties.
<p></p><p>Resulting from the combination of the varieties of the traditional olive groves of Trás-os-Montes, Verdeal, Madural and Cobrançosa. It reveals a slightly sweet and fruity flavor. Extracted by mechanical process with 0.2% acidity.</p>
