Sossego red from Herdade do Peso produced in the Alentejo region. Let there be quiet (sossego), that will open a secret Alentejo. Let there be calm, time and stillness to enjoy the body and soul of Vidigueira at the table. Look at it, breathe it, taste it without haste. The name says it all
Since its creation in 1942, Sogrape Vinhos has been investing in the main Portuguese wine regions. With a strong presence in Dão, Douro and Vinhos Verdes, entry into Alentejo - the national wine region with the highest growth rates - was natural and inevitable

Graham's was one of the first Port companies to invest in its own vineyards in Portugal’s Douro Valley in 1890 and is now at the cutting edge of innovation in winemaking techniques. This makes Graham’s a pioneer since always.

Today five cousins of Symington family share responsibility for every aspect of the company and personally make the Graham’s wines

From the Latin clandestinus. Kept secret or done secretively; covert behind-the-scenes; under-the-table; concealed or hidden; illegal or immoral. Planted at plain sight in the heart of Dão, the grapes that give birth to this Clandestino have a very distant origin. Produced by a number of accomplices, from harvest to bottling, this wine shows itself fresh, delicious, enigmatic and – so they say – immoral.

Casa da Passarella O Fugitivo Barcelo displays a citrine color. The nose is elegant and complex, offering notes of white fruits (like yellow plum and lychee) and melon, intertwined with mineral, floral, and subtle toasted oak nuances. On the palate, it is remarkably fresh and elegant, with depth and tension, complemented by spicy notes and a prolonged finish. Its full-bodied yet fresh profile makes it a versatile pairing for grilled fatty fish, seafood, white meats, light and fresh salads, and various vegetable dishes

The family Leal da Costa, direct descendant of Count D'Ervideira, the century successful farmer, are the owners of Herdade do Monte da Ribeira and Herdadinha

It is within the genuine Alentejo, with unique aromas, flavors and textures, of nature, of silence and of immensity, that extend the 80 hectares of vineyard of Herdade Monte da Cal, about 40 km from Portalegre.
Surrounded by the tranquility of the north Alentejo plain, it is inserted in the calm environment of the characteristic nature of this zone of the country, surrounded by the infinity of vineyards

In Zambujeira do Mar, where the high temperatures of the Alentejo are mitigated by the Atlantic, the concentration typical of inland viticulture is balanced by the freshness and humidity of the sea, leading to ideal maturation. The grapes ripen, thus, in a slow and balanced way, with cool and wet winters, mild summers and the constant presence of the sea winds, creating wines where elegance overrides robustness.

On the hot plains of the Baixo Alentejo, just a few kilometres from the city of Beja, is one of the oldest wine estates in the region. Its vineyards represent decades of history that Henrique Uva has preserved and farmed for many years and which he always wanted to develop as an independent producer.
In 2004, he achieved his dream, with the project that goes by the name of Henrique Uva/Herdade da Mingorra. The Winery is surrounded by 1,400 hectares of a landscape that can be considered exuberant, such is the diversity of plants and fauna, with several river basins forming veritable oases. The Winery is a true place of worship. A place where modernity and functionality can be found alongside indelible traditional techniques.

Quinta das Arcas has around 50ha, 35ha of vineyards stand out, around 30 years old, where under the influence of a very particular micro-climate grapes of high quality of the Loureiro, Trajadura and Arinto grapes are obtained

Guadelim Red Wine is produced from a blend of the grape varieties Aragonez, Alfrocheiro, Alicante Bouschet, Tinta Caiada, Moreto.
