Fundação Eugénio Almeida EA Red Wine is presented as an accessible option for everyday drinking and informal occasions.

It is crafted by Fundação Eugénio de Almeida from a blend of Alicante Bouschet, Aragonez, Trincadeira, and Syrah grapes, all grown in granitic soils within the Alentejo region. The winemaking process involves controlled fermentation in stainless steel vats at temperatures between 24-27ºC, designed to produce a fresh and approachable wine.

After fermentation, the wine undergoes filtration and stabilization before being bottled, ensuring a consistent and pleasant drinking experience. This well-balanced wine is best enjoyed when served at a temperature of 16ºC to 18ºC, making it an excellent and versatile choice for a wide range of casual moments

She began her trajectory as an oenologist in 1999 at Quinta do Côtto, and later worked as an oenologist at Quita do Crasto between 2002 and 2007. Both farms are located in the Douro. She has worked since the 2007 harvest as a consultant in different Alentejo producers, namely Tiago Cabaço Wines, Herdade do Barrocal, Monte dos Cabaços and Monte da Raposinha.</p>
