Solar dos Lobos Selection red wine presents an intense ruby color, aroma of dark red fruits integrated with vanilla notes and some spicy notes, suggesting pepper. The palate is rich, full-bodied and elegant with good acidity in a well structured and persistent final
The wines of Solar dos Lobos are the result of a triple selection of clusters that only came from our 75 ha of vineyard. The first selection starts near to the painter stage, where a thinning of bunches is made, in order to select just those which will allow to obtain the maximum quality. The second selection takes place during the harvest, when workers are alerted to cut just the grapes which are in perfect sanitary condidition. The third selection is made during the winery grape entry as the recolt is discharged from 20 kg boxes to the mat of choice, where 2 to 4 people remove all the leaves, branches and the clusters which show no quality: being too green or too mature.

Today, a century and many successes later, a brand-new generation of the Serpa Pimentel family

Diálogo is a pleasant, easy drinking red wine, but with complexity, mineral notes and great depth, found in the classic Douro wines. It is produced from vineyards located in the Cima Corgo sub-region, being the main varieties, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz, Touriga Nacional, Tinta Amarela and Tinta Barroca. Its freshness and youth well integrated with soft tannins, make this wine, full of Douro character, a very pleasant wine to drink. The illustration of Luís Afonso tells stories on the labels of Diálogo since its very first edition

All ports at Quinta de la Rosa are made in the ‘house style’ namely slightly drier without any cloying sweetness that is often associated with ports. As in their wines, they search for balance, harmony and equilibrium from their vineyards and they try to enable the grapes to express themselves in the bottle. The La Rosa style is to make well defined wines without too much extraction and tannin

Pera Manca White Wine is made from a selection of Arinto and Antão Vaz grape varieties, planted in the vineyards of the Eugénio de Almeida Foundation. When the grapes reach their ideal ripeness, they are harvested and transported to the winery, where the technological process begins: total destemming and slight crushing, pressing, cooling and clarification of the must. Part of the batch ferments in stainless steel tanks, the other part in French oak barrels at a controlled temperature of 16ºC. Fermentation is followed by ageing on fine lees with periodic batonnage for 12 months. Finally, there is filtration, blending, tartaric and protein stabilisation, final filtration and bottling, followed by a final 10-month bottle ageing.

Monte das Bagas de Ouro White Wine is aromatically very intense, exuberant with an apricot expression... striking and very seductive. It makes you want to taste it. On the palate, a restless freshness, where lime stands out... marked acidity, which generates a lot of pleasure. It makes you want to try it again!

The grapes ripen, thus, in a slow and balanced way, with cool and wet winters, mild summers and the constant presence of the sea winds, creating wines where elegance overrides robustness.

Quinta do Mouro is located at the gates of the city of Estremoz, and belonged for centuries to the Zagalos family, one of the wealthiest in town. This original "quinta" in Alentejo, where the vast estates dominate, has an 18th century grooved house, charming gardens, bowls and 18th century tanks. In 1979, at the age of 26, luck dictated Miguel Louro's fate at a poker table, among friends, when he had the dilemma of buying a Porsche or Quinta do Mouro. The first hectares of vineyard would be planted in 1989, after a failed incursion into cattle breeding, and today he is one of the most iconic wine producers in the region
