    Tasting Notes
    Bright greenish color with golden highlights. Light floral aromas characteristic of the caste, notes of anise and tangerine, fresh and vibrant to express well the wild terroir where it grows.

    6-8ºC
    Vinification
    Vineyards planted in hard ground of Colares. Late manual harvesting, intended to allow the development of the whole aromatic component of Malvasia. Slight crushing of the berries followed by gentle pressing.
    Ageing
    Stage on fine lees and battonage until the end of January.
