Perfect to accompany sausages, baked or steamed meats.
Tasting Notes
Ruby color. Aroma to black fruits and compote due to the good maturation of the grapes. In the mouth the tannins are perfectly integrated and soft. Long end remembering ripe plum and coffee.
Vinification
Pre-fermentative cold maceration for 2 days. Fermentation in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature.
Ageing
50% of the wine aged in second-use American oak barrels for 9 months.
