Tasting Notes
Violet intense color. Aromas typical of the caste, with the traditional combination of spices and ripe fruit, with notes of blackberry and gooseberry. Discrete acidity combined with ripe fruit and soft tannins. The finish is fresh and very elegant

16 - 18ºC
Vinification
The grapes, previously destemmed, undergo a pre-fermentative maceration at low temperatures for 12 hours. The alcoholic fermentation took place in stainless steel vats for 10 days, not exceeding 26ºC
Ageing
50% in new French oak barrels and 50% in second year oak barrels for 14 months
