    Intense color, violet tones with good concentration on the nose. Extremely rich aroma, with predominant notes of ripe red fruit and some floral notes, well integrated with the spices of French oak

    The grapes, previously destemmed, underwent a pre-fermentative maceration at low temperatures, for 24 hours. The alcoholic fermentation was done in mills, with temperature control, not exceeding 25ºC, during 10 days
