The Companhia Agrícola do Sanguinhal was founded in 1926 by Abel Pereira da Fonseca . Francisco.
Located 40 minutes away from Lisbon, these estates represent the most prestigious Óbidos DOC wines

The old house of Lagar de Fuso and Vara gave birth to Quinta do Lagar Novo.
This small agricultural property, with a history of grape and wine production, developed over more than 200 harvests, has about 5 ha of vineyard, installed according to the best and most recent viticultural techniques, under the guidance of the owner Luís Elias Gonçalves de Carvalho.

The wine production of Quinta do Lagar Novo was born from the Carvalho family's desire to pay tribute to their ancestors and make high quality wines here.

Wine Ventures is a company with its operational base located in Lisbon – at Quinta da Romeira. Their mission is to develop Brands, based on consumer preferences, with a commitment to take wine, as a category, closer to consumers, creating value to shareholders.

Bluníssima is only produced in the best years, when nature allows and art permits it. It comes from a vineyard over 40 years old, located at Moinho do Céu (Sky Mill), in Arruda dos Vinhos, Lisbon, and is the result of criteria and detail. It is the gift of the best selection of grapes in the vineyard and cellar and of a gentle and generous maceration, fermentation and transformation, aimed at complexity, potency, seduction and elegance.

Adega Mãe Colheita Tardia White Wine is the result of a very particular winemaking process, triggered by grapes in the process of dehydration, caused by the Botrytis Cinerea fungus - the so-called noble rot that distinguishes the world's iconic Late Harvest wines.

This wine is aromatically rich, combining the presence of orange peel, figs and honey in perfect harmony. An enveloping body, sweetness and acidity in balance, with a rich finish and great persistence

On the tasting notes, the AdegaMãe Viognier presents a bright, clear citrus to straw-yellow color. The nose offers a perfume of Atlantic expression, with prominent notes of white peach, apricot, and other white fruits, complemented by elegant floral aromas (like honeysuckle or violet). On the palate, it is described as voluptuous and structured, with good volume and a creamy texture that is well-balanced by refreshing acidity, leading to an intense and persistent finish. This aromatic and structured wine pairs exceptionally well with a variety of dishes, including fish and seafood, poultry and pork, creamy pasta dishes, soft cheeses, and even spicy Asian cuisine

Adega Mãe Castelão Red Wine presents red-coloured wine with medium depth; smooth aroma, average intensity, still showing signs of its youth; primary of the red fruit, a dash of spices and a discrete presence of wood which adds up to a rich aromatic profile. Sound freshness on the palate, with soft, unobtrusive tannins enveloped in ripe fruit. Full in the mouth, it delivers a well-balance finish.

Is ideal with cheeses, lamb and goatling stews.
