Grenade color loaded with violet tones. Notes of wild fruits, currant and blackberry, as well as notes of chocolate and tobacco. It features a voluptuous entry with very good texture, well-marked acidity and elegant and silky tannins

Vinification
Manual picking in the box and subsequent selection of the best curls at the entrance to the cellar. Alcoholic fermentation with autochthonous yeasts in masonry deposit under controlled temperature for 14 days. Malolactic fermentation follows
