Made from 100% hand-harvested Alvarinho, it often undergoes fermentation and aging in French oak barrels with <i>batonnage</i>, contributing to its complexity and excellent aging potential. Highly praised and awarded, the AdegaMãe 221 Alvarinho is considered a top-tier white wine, perfect for pairing with baked fish, seafood, white meats, cheeses, and appetizers. It's best served chilled between 10ºC and 12ºC to fully appreciate its nuanced profile.</p>

<p></p><p>Quinta da Nogueira vineyards are in clayey soils, with a natural freshness and salinity, without irrigation, uniques, marked by the influence of a natural microclimate at the foot of the Serra de Todo-o-Mundo (“All-the-World Mountain”) and by the proximity to the Atlantic sea, which is 20 km away. In the approximately 20 hectares of vineyards at Quinta do Porto Nogueira - with DOC Óbidos classification - each parcel of vineyard is treated and valued as unique and different, and all them wines are produced with the pleasure and well-being of those who enjoy them.</p><p>Currently, Quinta do Porto Nogueira vineyards are conducted in Biological Production mode.</p>
