Dubbed Prince of Portuguese wines, Bucelas produces the country's most famous dry white wine, using the Arinto grape variety that was cultivated and developed by the Romans over 2000 years ago
The property of Quinta da Murta, located in the hills of the small demarcated region of Bucelas, is surrounded by one of the main Roman roads that crossed Portugal and very close to the last fortification, Anglo-Portuguese against Napoleon's troops. In Shakespeare's time, Bucelas became popular in England, especially in court. Designated "Charneco", due to the name that is given to the zone of Bucelas, is mentioned by Shakespeare in the second part of the piece Henry VI, published in 1594. The sailors of the caravel S. Gabriel celebrated with wine of Bucelas their return to Portugal, after the discovery of the maritime route to India
<p>Located in Alentejo (Portugal), in full mount, presents unique conditions for agriculture. With around 700ha of vineyards, olive groves and other crops. In this territory are planted about 40 grape varieties, 4 varieties of olives, orchards and vegetable gardens</p>

Surrounded by well-integrated wood, bringing sweet spices and cocoa, everything is set on a limestone background that will linger in memory. In the mouth it is elegant, exquisite in the balance between the body’s generosity, full of substance and vibrant freshness. <p></p><p>Quinta da Nogueira vineyards are in clayey soils, with a natural freshness and salinity, without irrigation, uniques, marked by the influence of a natural microclimate at the foot of the Serra de Todo-o-Mundo (“All-the-World Mountain”) and by the proximity to the Atlantic sea, which is 20 km away. In the approximately 20 hectares of vineyards at Quinta do Porto Nogueira - with DOC Óbidos classification - each parcel of vineyard is treated and valued as unique and different, and all them wines are produced with the pleasure and well-being of those who enjoy them.</p>
<p></p><p>Astronauta Touriga Nacional Red Wine presents dark purple, intense red berries, chocolate and spice. Varietal character of bergamot and violet. Sugary, chewy and long-lasting palate. Lively and aging tannins. Paired with red meat, shepherd’s pie, goat and sheep meat and cheese. Refreshing company for steaks with demanding spiced sauces. Serve at 18 ºC</p>
