    Tasting Notes
    Intense color of violet hue. Good concentration on nose, fresh aroma with predominance of notes of ripe red fruit. In the mouth it presents an excellent balance, with good freshness, ripe fruits, soft tannins and long and persistent finish
    Consumption
    16 - 18ºC
    Vinification
    The grapes, previously disentangled, undergo a pre-fermentative maceration. The fermentation took place during 10 days in stainless steel tanks, not exceeding 25ºC
    Ageing
    About 20% of the batch matured in French oak barrels for 6 months
