Founded in 1955, Adega de Borba was the first of a series of wineries settled in the Alentejo region. Nowadays the Adega de Borba brings together 300 associates whose vineyards cover a total area of 2,000 hectares, 70% of which is cultivated with red grape varieties and 30% with white ones
<p></p><p>Sonho Lusitano is a joint project of wine expert Richard Mayson and winemaker Rui Reguinga. The vineyards are located in the Alentejo region, on the slopes of the Serra de São Mamede, between 500 and 560 meters above sea level at the foot of Portalegre</p>
<p></p><p>Damião de Goes was an honorable portuguese historian and humanist from the XVIth century. Was an incessant Traveller and published diverse works, some lead him to be chased by the Inquisition. This wine is produced with the main grape varieties of Alentejo, and aims to pay tribute to this notable portuguese.</p> <p> </p> <p></p>
<p><span>Quinta da Fronteira is located in the deep valley of the Upper Douro river, in the International Douro Natural Park, in the Douro Superior sub-region. Founded by Guerra Junqueiro, famous writer of the 19th century, the property consists of two vineyards (one located in Barca D'Alva and the other in Freixo de Espada à Cinta).</span></p> <p></p> <p></p>
<p>The Casa de Vilacetinho, located in Alpendurada overlooking the Douro River, is home to 30 hectares of vineyards that flourish in a continuous and orderly manner on granitic terrains. <p></p><p>Fitapreta Laranja Mecanica White Wine presents honey orange colour, very exuberant nose, notes of candied orange, some quince almost touches of late harvest. Full attack, super textured at mid-tasting, gluttonous but with plenty of freshness.</p>

<p>The Herdade Papa Leite C50 Rosé Wine is best served at a temperature of 8º- 10º C, making it a perfect aperitif before a meal or a delightful drink to enjoy while watching the sunset. It can also be paired with a light meal, be it a lobster salad, a Caesar salad, or a dish of fish or seafood, whether grilled or cooked. The wine was created from grapes grown in clay and limestone-schist soils, harvested by hand on August 27, and transported in 10 kg boxes to prevent crushing. The fermentation process took place in a stainless steel vat for three weeks, with a controlled fermentation temperature of 14º C. After the alcoholic fermentation, the wine was kept in contact with fine lees until April 2024, further enhancing its unique flavor profile.</p>
<p></p> <p>Alabastro is a wine who's name is inspired by a semi-precious marble found in the Alentejo region. Like this stone, Aliança Vinhos want to produce a wine that presented it self with strong and persistent flavours.</p>
<p></p><p>LV - Lobo Vasconcelos 2023 White Wine presents citrus color very attractive in the aroma, where notes of lime, orange blossom, and vibrant minerality stand out. A captivating wine in the mouth, of lively acidity and balanced structure. With a seductive and fresh finish.</p> <p>Grapes from previously selected plots, transported in 22 kg boxes, were subjected to rigorous sorting at the winery reception. After the grapes were destemmed, slightly crushed, and then gently pressed, in pneumatic presses. The must was transferred to a stainless-steel vat where it remained at a temperature of 8ºC for 48 hours until it was decanted. Alcoholic fermentation took place in a stainless-steel vat with a controlled temperature of 14º C during a 30 days period.</p>
