It pairs exceptionally well with game dishes, red meats, and Italian cuisine, and also complements aged cheeses. This wine has consistently received high praise and distinctions, including 95 points from Revista de Vinhos, reaffirming its status as an excellent wine that authentically expresses the Alentejo terroir.</p>
