Vinification
The grapes are carefully chosen and fermented in marble tanks with controlled temperatu-re. The wine then goês thru a long maceration “sur lies” in vats. The malolactic fermetation occurres in big french oak vats

18 months in new french oak casks and 12 months in our cellar after bottling
