CARMIM - Cooperativa Agrícola de Reguengos de Monsaraz - was created in 1971 by a group of 60 winegrowers with the objective of producing and marketing wine, from the grapes of a group of winegrowers of the region.
CARMIM currently has about 900 members and produces 74 wine references: from whites to reds, from youngsters to reservations, to liqueurs, rosé and sparkling wines. CARMIM also produces brandy and oils of recognized quality

- The wine presents a red violet color loaded, with aromas of wild fruit, ripe fruit and chocolate. In the mouth it is broad, intense, with an extended end of test
- Consumption
- 16 - 18ºC
- Vinification
- Grapes from selected stands, with pre-fermentative maceration of 48h, followed by fermentation at 23ºC with the use of reassembly and deslagging, total maceration of 15 days
- Ageing
- In barrels, second use of French oak, for 12 months. After bottling, the wine stacks in bottle for 6 to 8 months
