Intense and persistent aroma of ripe wild fruits predominating with spices and toasted grain. Slightly floral imparting more elegance. Powerful flavour, smooth, well-structured with tannins of a great quality
Vinification
The grapes are cooled during the night and slowly fermented within 15 days in open barrels with a capacity of 200 kilos each. An extreme careful procedure for the grapes
