With a seductive and fresh finish.</p> <p>Grapes from previously selected plots, transported in 22 kg boxes, were subjected to rigorous sorting at the winery reception. After the grapes were destemmed, slightly crushed, and then gently pressed, in pneumatic presses. The must was transferred to a stainless-steel vat where it remained at a temperature of 8ºC for 48 hours until it was decanted. Alcoholic fermentation took place in a stainless-steel vat with a controlled temperature of 14º C during a 30 days period.</p>
