It was vinified and aged in 2 barrels of 500 litres previously used to vinify the Sidecar 2020 with the renowned champagne producer Emmanuel Lassaigne who previously used them to vinify the base wine of one of his best champagnes. The name Vinyle is a tribute to Emmanuel's great passion: music and vinyl records.</p> <p>The subtle and delicate nose is the result of the combination of the vineyards of the Serra with the barrels matured with with the base wines of Champagne, which gives it a complexity that is transmitted in the mouth.</p> <p></p>
