    Quetzal Reserva white is pressed exclusively from pure Ant Vaz grapes from their oldest vines. Handpicked and processed by gravity in modern winery. Fermented in French oak barrels for 6 months and matured in cellars. The result is a complex aroma of tropical fruit, toast and spices.

    Quinta do Quetzal is an Alentejo Brand of Wine.

    The wine presents a lemon colour and complex full aroma with outstanding notes of ripe tropical fruit, toast and spices. In mouth the wine is smooth, unctuous and very persistent

    After the grapes are crushed the resulting must undergoes 48 to 72 hours of static clarification. Fermentation takes place in new barrels of French or American oak at a temperature of between 14º C and 16º C for a 30-day period
