Created from Baga (60%) and Touriga Nacional (40%). Elaborated according to the classic method, with reference in the bottle, as the great world sparkling wines, which originated a very elegant sparkling wine. Its minimum ageing on lees was 15 months. This is one of the very rare Portuguese sparkling wines, whose date of dégorgement is indicated on the packaging.
Maria Carvalheira and José Carvalheira are the owners of the vinicola company Carvalheira, responsible for creating unique and distinctive wines in a vitinicola region of excellence - Bairrada.
