<p></p><p>Herdade do Rocim Extra Virgem is made from the Cobrançosa variety, harvested early. This extra virgin olive oil is very fruity, fresh, with a slight spiciness at the end.</p>
<p></p><p>Casa de Santo Amaro Selection DOP has a fresh aroma, with hints of dried fruit and apple, but is also slightly sweet, bitter and spicy, with notes of dried fruit and a lingering aftertaste. </p>
<p></p><p>For the production of CARM GRANDE ESCOLHA Olive oil, was selected the best of the Co- brançosa, Madural, Negrinha and Verdeal olive varieties.</p>
<p>On the nose, Esporão Cobrançosa Extra Virgem Olive Oil reveals herbaceous and vegetal notes — freshly cut grass, artichoke, fig leaf, and tomato vine. The palate is persistent with green banana notes, balanced bitterness and a harmonious spiciness. Acidity is very low (0.2%), accentuating its freshness and purity.
