Predominantly of the Madural, Verdeal and Cordovil varieties, olive trees can be found throughout the property.</p> <p>The oil, which has an exceptionally low acidity, is extracted from the first cold pressing of the olives and is classified as Extra Virgin.</p>
<p></p><p>For the production of “Praemium” CARM olive oil, was selected the best of the Co- brançosa, Madural, Negrinha and Verdeal olive varieties.</p>
