<p>Quinta da Aveleda is the ideal choice to accompany refined salads comprising seafood, goat cheese-based starters and dishes made from white meats such as turkey or chicken. It must be drunk very cold at a temperature of 8 to 10ºC.</p> <p></p>
<p></p><p>The Symington family, with Scottish, English and Portuguese ancestry has been present in the Douro for five generations — since 1882 — and through the current generation’s great grandmother, the family’s links to the wines of the Douro span 14 generations, to the mid-17th century and to the very beginnings of the history of Port</p>
<p></p><p>Ferradosa Ferro White Wine is a fresh white wine, aromas of lime, lemon with a marked minerality of the Arinto variety. This wine combines the natural acidity of the Rabigato with the aromas of tropical fruits of the Códega. It also has Cercial and Viosinho in the lot. Citrus in the nose, in the mouth the Ferradosa Unoaked Douro White presents a great freshness and balance.</p>
<p></p><p>Founded in 1850 by Manoel da Rocha Romariz and now owned by fladgate Project, The Romariz Port wines are produced by Taylor's and stored in the Taylor's lodges by sold with Romariz label. A brand well known for its vintage wines.</p>
<p></p><p>Crazy White Wine presents lemon colour. Nose starts to be enigmatic as a result of the tanning process in a concrete vat, to which the skins of white grapes harvested on the mountain were subjected. Minerality notes, almost metallic, dominate, advising for some time of aeration after the removal of the natural cork stopper. In the mouth, the CRAZY character combines lightness and youth, guaranteeing a refreshing, mineral and uncompromised tasting</p>
<p></p><p>In the oldest wine region in the world, the Quinta da Penalva or Perdiz was born in the 1990s. This arose from the joining of small plots of land, mostly old vines, inherited from ancestors for whom the cultivation of vines was of little secret, as they had always done it. Later, and already with the current owner, more parcels were added, thus joining the old vines to new plantations, cultivated using the most recent planting techniques</p>
<p></p><p>Quinta do Portal is a family fine winemaking company that embraced with passion the “Boutique Winery” concept. They proudly produce DOC Douro wines, premium Port Wines and Moscatel. This project that started in the early 90’s of the XX century, had on its base a centenary estate where this family has been producing Port since the last years of the XIX century</p>
