Quinta da Pedra Cavada Grande Reserva is a red wine produced through the Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz and Tinto Cão varieties in the Douro region

At the height of 640 meters, in the heart of the "Douro International Park", the DOURO COLINAS project was born.
It is in the abrupt transition of the granites of the plateau and the first folds of shale to the river Douro that is, among cliffs and cliffs, the farm with 450ha of which 106ha of vineyard.

Opaque and dark colour, showing nice complexity in the nose, with pronounced ripe fruit, vanillin and cedar notes. Tannins are grippy, the texture is rich and firm with nice integrated oak. It has a remarkable length and balance

Old vineyards with parcial destemming, fermention in stainless steel tanks, at 24ºC. Aged 15 months in new 225L French oak barrels.
