<p>Chicane Gião II is a distinctive red wine from the Dão region of Portugal, crafted by the independent and artisanal producer Chicane in collaboration with the team at Quinta dos Garnachos. It is made from 100% Jaen (Mencía) grapes harvested from vineyards in Vila Nova de Tazem at around 450 m altitude, giving the wine a strong expression of its terroir and varietal character. The vinification combines traditional techniques, including partial fermentation in lagar and aging in French oak followed by stainless steel for natural stabilization, resulting in a wine that balances structure and freshness.</p>
