    Deep violet colour, ripe blackberries aroma with some oak notes. It reveals round, easy to drinkand with a nice concentration, fresh and with ripe tannins

    Vinification is made in the traditional "lagar" of granite with controlled temperature at 25ºC. The malolactic fermentation occurred in stainless tank just after alcoholic fermentation
