    Intense aroma, fresh and young, with notes of tropical fruits, like pineapple and passion fruit, evolving to a citric character, with subtle lemon and lemon-grass fragrances. Very full bodied wine, with a perfect balance between aroma and acidity

    Vinification
    The grapes are pressed but only the free-run must at low pressure from the press is used. This is followed by cold static decantation, after which the mustis separated from the lees. Fermentation is then begun at controlled temperature
