    • Tons de Duorum 2024 - Vibrant Douro White Wine

Tons de Duorum 2024 White Wine

Tons de Duorum is a vibrant white wine from the Douro region, made from a blend of Arinto, Rabigato, Moscatel Galego Branco, and Códega do Larinho. The grapes are hand-harvested from schist soils and undergo cold maceration for 12 hours before gentle pressing. Fermentation takes place at low temperatures (14–16 °C) in stainless steel tanks to preserve the fresh and aromatic character of the fruit, without any oak aging.

On the nose, Tons de Duorum White Wine displays lively tropical and citrus fruit aromas with floral and mineral undertones. It is well-structured on the palate, offering crisp acidity and a long, refreshing finish. Tons de Duorum is a versatile wine, ideal for enjoying on its own or paired with seafood, light dishes, or fresh salads

In the mouth there is a lot of red fruit like strawberries and raspberries alloted to floral notes. The tannins are well present, and bring to the wine a striking structure. The balance of the wine is given by a marked freshness, making this Quinta da Ferradosa a very elegant wine.</p>
