    Very aromatic, with cherry notes and very fresh floral notes. In the mouth is a fleshy wine, with good acidity, which gives it freshness, but at the same time very complex, very persistent.

    The grapes were harvested for 25 kg boxes. The first third of the fermentation took place in a stainless steel vat at a controlled temperature between 12-14 ° C and then transferred to new French oak barrels.
