The vineyard has been monitored and pampered for decades so that the yields did not exceed 2500 litres/ha. At the winery, a ‘proper’ winemaking process was devised for this product, different from the usual. The final ageing takes place in a variety of wooden barrels, where they will concentrate for decades. Excellent Moscatel de Setúbal is the result of a blend of very special barrels that result in an impressive wine.</p>
