



Cartuxa REserva Red Wine is a distinguished red wine from the Alentejo, crafted from carefully selected Alicante Bouschet and Aragonez grapes grown in the oldest vineyards of the Fundação Eugénio de Almeida. Fermented separately in stainless steel and French oak vats at 27 ºC, with 15 days of maceration, it is then aged for 15 months in new French oak barrels and for a further 36 months in bottle, achieving both power and refinement.
Cartuxa REserva Red Wine presents deep garnet in color, it reveals aromas of ripe red and black fruits intertwined with notes of spice, cocoa, and fine oak. On the palate, it is full-bodied and structured, with firm yet polished tannins, balanced acidity, and a long, elegant finish. With 15% alcohol, Cartuxa Tinto is best enjoyed at 16–18 ºC and pairs beautifully with roasted red meats, game dishes, and mature cheeses.
