Unoaked, it is produced to be a fresh, fruity, easy-to-drink wine. This Douro wine has a deep ruby colour with very ripe red fruit aromas. Very fruity on the palate, with good structure and light tannins which make it a very pleasant wine</p> <p></p> <p></p>

<p></p><p>Kompassus Cercial White Wine presents citrus-coloured wine with greenish tones. Mineral notes, citrus fruit and some vegetal flavours. A very fresh wine, but with volume in the mouth and a long finish. Very gastronomic.</p> <p>Cercial harvested in the first week of September. Pre-fermentation skin maceration for 4 hours, followed by gentle pressing. Start of fermentation in stainless steel at controlled temperature. Final fermentation in used 400 litre French oak barrels for 10 months with batonnage.</p>
<p></p><p>The Lote D is a very special terroir-driven wine whose every aromatic nuance reflects the deeply calcareous South-facing vineyard slope from which it was produced. With its light colour, low alcohol content and tremendous ageing potential, it is a tribute to the great Bairrada wines of the past.</p>
