With great concentration of garnet color, intense aroma dominated by notes of wild fruits, compote characteristic of the berry variety. In the mouth it is complex and concentrated with good tannins already a little round

Crushing without decanting with cooling of the grapes in small open lakes where the fermentation begins without addition of enzymes and yeasts. The step is manual to increase the extraction of the characteristics of the Baga box
