    Adega Mayor has 80 hectares of cultivated vineyards in this region of Alentejo, of which 69 are at Herdade das Argamassas and the remaining 11 at Herdade da Godinha.     Tasting Notes
    It is frank and silky on the palate, where its acidity, fresh fruit and prominent but correct tannins outline a balanced and genuine profile from Alentejo
    Vinification
    The harvest was manual in 20kg boxes, followed by a selection of bunches and grapes at the winery. The grape was de-stemmed and slightly crushed and fermented in a stainless steel tank at a controlled temperature of about 25ºC
