    It is rich in lime and stone fruit notes, presenting mineral and light kerosene. In the tasting it proves to be very rich, with crisp acidity. Brioche notes, orange blossom, volume and long finish and mineral texture

    Vinification
    Pressing at low temperature of each variety separately to fermentation vats. Fermentation in stainless steel vats of each variety and transition to new barrels
