It shows a bright greenish hue, citrus and mineral aromas with light herbal touches, and a lively palate marked by a subtle spritz, good acidity, and a long, intense finish.
With 11.5% alcohol, Pequenos Rebentos Lote 3 White Wine is balanced acidity, and slight residual sugar, it is an approachable yet structured wine. Recommended with salads, fatty fish, white meats, and grilled dishes, it is best served chilled around 10 °C. While enjoyable young, it can also age for 3–4 years, gaining complexity while maintaining freshness and character.
