<p></p><p>Ouro da Fabrica Virgem Extra Premium Olive Oil comes from old olive trees on the slopes of the Douro River, where the varieties Cobrançosa and Verdeal predominate. A careful selection and manual harvest at different stages of maturity allow us to obtain a very balanced fruity green olive oil.</p>
<p></p><p>Casa de Santo Amaro Selection DOP has a fresh aroma, with hints of dried fruit and apple, but is also slightly sweet, bitter and spicy, with notes of dried fruit and a lingering aftertaste. </p>
<p></p><p>Extra virgin olive oil Adega Mayor is a medium-fruity olive oil, but with an excellent complexity of aromas, with slight nuances of the green apple and a balance of bitter, spicy and sweet, that make it very harmonious.</p>
<p>Ripe fruity with notes of ripe tomato, nuts and banana. In the mouth it is very balanced between sweet, bitter and spicy, with notes of ripe tomato, banana and apple. Spicy and prolonged finish.</p>
<p>Quinta do Vallado extra virgin olive oil is made from the Cobrançosa, Verdeal, Cordovil and Madural varieties.</p> <p>Yellowish green in color, it is a fruity, slightly spicy and fresh oil with an acidity of less than 0.2%.</p>
<p></p><p>Resulting from the combination of the varieties of the traditional olive groves of Trás-os-Montes, Verdeal, Madural and Cobrançosa. It reveals a slightly sweet and fruity flavor. Extracted by mechanical process with 0.2% acidity.</p>
<p></p><p>For the production of “Clássico” CARM olive oil, was selected the best of the Co- brançosa, Madural, Negrinha and Verdeal olive varieties.</p>
