    In the mouth it shows great impact, voluminous and enveloping. At the end appear almond notes and the stage in barrel, making it persistent and austere. The salty notes present in the set, make this wine an enormous pleasure and discovery.

    10 - 12ºC
    Vinification
    Manual harvest by caste. Pelicular maceration followed by slight crushing of the berries and soft pressing. Static fermentation, temperature controlled fermentation in French oak barrels of 2nd and 3rd use medium toast.
    Ageing
    Stage in barrel during 9 months with battonage.
