    Tasting Notes
    Bright citrus color. Young, very aromatic and intense with notes of lime, green melon, asparagus and white pepper. Acidity enveloping and vivid, herbaceous notes typical of variety and terroir.
    Consumption
    6 - 8ºC
    Vinification
    Manual harvesting. Skin maceration in 50% of the grapes for 6-8 hours. Slight crushing of the berries followed by gentle pressing. Static defecation, fermentation with controlled temperature in stainless steel. Slight filtration before bottling.
    Ageing
    Stage on fine lees until the end of January.
