    The Redoma Red Wine has plenty of individuality to offer, with deeply austere aromas, profound minerality and layered complexity. The nose is very expressive and shows fantastic concentration and a distinct freshness on the palate.

    Redoma Red was created with the objective of reflecting the beauty as well as the harsh conditions of the Douro Valley. The grapes used for this wine come from old vineyards growing on the left side of the Douro River

    After a careful selection on entering the cellar, the grapes were vinified with 50% stalks in a granite press, and trodden by foot. Redoma 2013, unlike the previous Redomas, made the malolactic fermentation and aged in large old wooden vats
