    Wine of intense color and aroma. Complex and well structured, fresh and elegant. It is a very attractive wine with a long finish that reflects the good aging potential of the wine

    Goes well with red meat, oven roasts
    Vinification
    After a rigorous selection process, the grapes were completely destemmed. Fermentation took place in part granite mills in which the grapes were trodden by foot gently and partly in stainless steel vats for about 20 days
