<p></p><p><span>The Monte do Pintor Estate is owned by Sociedade Agrícola da Sossega, Lda., a company established in 1991 and having as its main object the production and marketing of wines. The first Monte do Pintor wine was produced in 1993.</span></p>

Taking into account that Portuguese wines can only establish themselves in the world by means of their excellence, Borges has always been committed to quality in its production, today exporting to more than fifty countries of the five continents.</p>

From selected grapes from their 130 hectares, a quality wine is born with character and the scent of the Douro.</p>
<p></p> <p>Quinta da Rede Sousão Red Wine has an intense red colour and deep aromas of wild berries, field herbs and spices, with a slight smoky touch from the barrel. On the palate, it offers juicy red fruit and solid tannins, complemented by excellent acidity that brings freshness and persistence. Ideal with fatty or well-seasoned meats such as pork or lamb, it should be served at 16ºC-17ºC. With an ageing potential of at least a decade, it's an excellent choice for maturing in your cellar.</p>

<p></p><p>H.O Pintão is the result of the rigorous selection of barrels from the different plots of Vinhas Velhas, with great emphasis on the "Travessas" plot.</p> <p>It is a wine with a deep ruby color and intensity. Its aroma is very young and full of fresh fruit, concentrated blackberry, blackcurrant, forest with balsamic and spicy barrel nuances. In the mouth, the tannins are both powerful and fine, giving this wine enormous ageing capacity of this wine.</p>
