

Curral Telles Kappa White Wine presents light yellow color. Fresh, clean, and invigorating aroma with herbal notes of rosemary and hints of apricot. In the mouth, it is ample and long with the same aromas described earlier.
Rabigato is elaborated and bottled with no added sulfur. It contains only the sulfites naturally produced by the yeast during fermentation. These grapes, from a vineyard located at 600 meters of altitude, were pressed directly in a vertical press. Spontaneous fermentation in barrel and tank (50%) with completed malolactic fermentation. Bottled after 10 months of aging.
Curral Telles Kappa wine are made in small quantities that reflect the experiences that are made in the cellar and that are not produced every year.
They are classified with letters of the Greek alphabet in honor of the experiments that were carried out in the Greek academies.
